Please read and agree to our Terms & Conditions before booking with us.
Health All animals staying with us at moosehoose must be in good health and any medical conditions discussed with us prior to their stay. If we think the animal is showing any signs of illness or injury we may refuse to accept them. This is for the benefit of your pet and that of our other visitors. Please let us know if your rabbit has their current VHD and Myxomatosis vaccination certificate. Vaccinations need to be done at least 3 weeks prior to their stay. This is to protect your rabbits as well as all others staying at moosehoose. We advise you have your rabbits vaccinated, however we can accept unvaccinated rabbits but we must know upon booking. We cannot be held responsible if your rabbits suffers from Myxomatosis during their stay at Moosehoose. Whilst your pet is with us at moosehoose they will not mix with any other animals, unless they come with a cage mate. Hutches are skipped out and your rabbits checked daily, we do our best to avoid any rabbits getting fly strike and we will not accept any rabbits with dirty bottom. moosehoose cannot be held responsible should your animal fall victim to fly strike during their stay. If your pet becomes ill during their stay at moosehoose, we will contact you or your designated emergency contact, immediately. If your pet then requires medical attention from the vet we will either transport them to your vets (if they are local) or to our vet, for treatment. We don't charge for this service but any vets fees must be paid by you, the owner upon collection of your pet. Your pet will be treated under your name and address. Any cage mates that become ill and need separating during their stay at moosehoose, we will charge for the additional accommodation which will need paying upon collection of your pet(s). (If its not during our peak times we may waver this charge at our discretion). In the extremely unlikely event that your pet passes away whilst they are at moosehoose, we will contact you or your designated emergency contact immediately and follow your wishes. We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet(s) become ill or passes away during their stay at moosehoose. We do not offer refunds or reimburse for any vets fees. All pets are left at owner's risk. We accept no liability for injury sustained by you whilst on our premises. Food All prices are based on 1 nights stay and include hay, water, fresh fruit and vegetables, exercise out of the cage/hutch, daily love and attention and grooming if necessary. You will need to supply the required amount of dry food. We can arrange to buy food for your pet if they are staying with us for a long period of time, the cost will need to be paid either upon booking or when you drop off your pet. Bookings Bookings are NOT confirmed until I have received a booking form and a deposit, please see term below. Once I have received your booking form I will confirm back to you that your pet(s) are booked in for the required dates. Payments All payments must be paid in full on the day of arrival. The daily rate includes the day you bring your pets to moosehoose and the day they are collected, regardless of the time of day. Payments can be made by cash or cheque, made payable to Erica Field. We ask for a non refundable £10 deposit to be paid upon booking to secure your pets place at moosehoose. This can be paid by cash, cheque, made payable to Erica Field or by Paypal. Paypal payments can be made on the Web Store page. Drop off & Collection Our winter opening times are Monday - Saturday 13.00 - 16.00, 19.00 - 21.00 Sundays and Bank Holidays - Closed Please contact me if you need to discuss drop off/collection times. Please arrive at the time you give us and let us know asap if you are running later or early. If you arrive at a different time from the one stated on your booking form, we may not be available. Abandoned Pets If your pet is not collected from us on the date stated on your booking form and you have not contacted us to arrange an alternative collection date, we will try to contact you and your designated emergency contact. If after 7 days we have not be able to contact you and you have not contacted us we will look to re-home your pet(s). |
